consulting.Our clients are frequently experiencing change events and transition due to growth, changes in leadership,

We are able to coach employees to greater
contributions within their organizations with our Performance Enhancement Program (PEPTM). And selectively, some company clients will engage our firm to recruit to their organization

Launched in 1995 and with a team of
Coaching Partners, PinnacleES brings a wealth of manufacturing and banking experience to each engagement. Our fees
are capped and all of our services are tailored to fit the needs our clients. We never use a cookie cutter
approach to solve our client's challenges or the challenges facing the numerous transitioning managers and executives
we coach.
