 
Gregg Gunderson launched Pinnacle Executive Solutions in 1995 and brings over 25 years of experience in executive
career coaching, corporate sponsored outplacement, and banking and manufacturing recruiting to each client engagement.
During the 70's and 80's he completed numerous regional and national searches. In the 90's his focus moved
to corporate career management and outplacement. Previously, Gregg was VP/Senior Executive career coach for Minneapolis/St
Paul/DesMoines offices of Drake Beam Morin and sat on their eight member national Senior Executive Outplacement Advisory Board.
Earlier, Gregg developed numerous Midwest business relationships as an officer and recruiter with two retainer-based
search firms, Brooks Brady Group (Minneapolis) and Paul Ray (Dallas). During his career he has had a coaching impact
on the careers of nearly 2600 banking and manufacturing leaders. His early corporate career began in institutional sales
and recruiting with Minneapolis' Multifoods Corp. Gregg is a native of Wisconsin, served in the US Navy and resides in
Minnesota. He holds a B.S. Business degree and attended Gustavus Adolphus College and Minnesota State University Mankato.
Carol Thompson
has over 13 years of banking and manufacturing outplacement and corporate
education experience. She possesses excellent group and individual facilitation skills. Her business and coaching expertise
was gained while employed with Commonwealth Electric, St. John's Hospital and Right Associates. Carol holds a B.A. Business
Degree from Iowa State University.

Robert Riskin possesses
broad business experience including, 20 years in corporate business, 5 years bank executive recruiting and 10 years of
executive outplacement. Recently, he was executive search practice leader for two Minneapolis firms, Stewart, Stein &
Scott and RMS McGladrey. Earlier Robert led numerous executives through company sponsored outplacement and career
transition programs as Senior Consultant and VP with Drake Beam Morin. His industry experience includes human resources leadership
positions with Honeywell, Citicorp, F.D.I.C. and Methodist Hospital. Rob is the author of "Between
Opportunities - A Survival Guide for Job Seekers and Career Changers." While holding degrees from the
Universities of Minnesota and Nebraska, he is also a Fellow in the International Association of Career Management Professionals
and is a candidate for a PhD in Consulting Psychology.
Steve
Saefke has over 28 years of business experience and is a member
of the National Association of Business Coaches. He facilitates corporate education workshops in negotiating, leadership and
organizational change. Steve is an Inscape Publishing instructor and a certified facilitator of "Navigating Through Change."
He holds a B.S. Business degree from the University of Minnesota with MBA work at St. Thomas. His career includes senior
leadership positions in operations, purchasing and market development with Our Own Hardware, Business Dimensions and Quest
Growth.
Alicia Pickard
has over 8 years of human resource and business operations management experience with
a Fortune 500 company, as well as an internet startup and smaller marketing organizations. Her HR management
experience includes large company worker's compensation claims, employee relations, flexible benefits, performance management,
payroll and recruiting. She holds a B.A. Business degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and has held positions
with the St. Paul Companies, Northwest Athletic Clubs, Learning Outfitters and P. Puff Industries.
Chuck
Loeper is a recognized compensation specialist with broad design and implementation
experience. He is an outstanding leadership team coach and has installed a variety of incentive-based pay programs and
executive compensation plans. His career spans more than 29 years and includes senior management positions with Control Data,
Pillsbury, Dayton-Hudson, Fingerhut and Personnel Services Group. Chuck holds a B.S. Economics degree from Marquette University
and studied at Loyola University in Industrial Relations.

Dennis Cheesebrow brings more than 26 years of Fortune 100 leadership
and corporate coaching experience to his engagements. This includes line, staff and management positions with St Paul's
3M Corporation and TeamWorks International as President and Founder. He excels in participatory corporate vision development and strategic education and planning. His leadership
team facilitation skills and high performance team development expertise help client organizations analyze and prioritize
business and human resource opportunities. Dennis holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of the
American Society for Training and Development.
Kate Gunderson
serves in a dual role as head of operations and research. Her
career spans over 25 years and includes financial leadership positions with Minneapolis' Brooks Brady Group. Previously, Kate
taught high school in the Minnesota State Correctional Facility-Red Wing, MN. She holds a M.S. degree in Library Media
Education from Minnesota State University-Mankato, has a B.A. Education degree from Gustavus Adolphus College
and has completed MBA coursework at the University of Minnesota.
Ray
Nieman has invested over 30 years developing
skills in a wide range of human resources and management disciplines. He held human resource leadership roles in such companies
as Minnesota Mutual, Wagner SprayTech, Phillips Plastics, and ME International. Ray has special interest in working with our
out state North Dakota and Minnesota companies and resides in the Brainerd Lakes area of Minnesota. He is a Certified Employee
Benefits Specialist (CEBS), holds a B.S. Business degree from Hamlin University and completed Graduate courses at the
University of Minnesota.
