 
Gregg Gunderson, Sr. Marketing Partner brings over 28 years of experience in executive career coaching, corporate sponsored
outplacement, and banking and manufacturing recruiting to each client engagement. He has guided the careers of hundreds
of individuald through employer sponsored development and transition programs. Prior to joining Pinnacle Companies he was
VP/ and Senior Executive career coach for Midwest offices of Drake Beam Morin. He also sat on an eight member national
Senior Executive Outplacement Advisory Board for entrepreneurial and executive outplacement services. Earlier, he developed
numerous Midwest business relationships as an officer and recruiter with two retainer-based search firms, Brooks Brady
Group (Minneapolis) and Paul Ray (Dallas). Since the 1980's Gregg has completed numerous banking and manufacturing recruiting
engagements. His early corporate career began in institutional sales and recruiting with Minneapolis' Multifoods Inc.
Raised in Ashland Wisconsin, he attended Gustavus Adolphus College and Minnesota State University - Mankato completing a B.S.Management
degree.

Robert Riskin, Engagement Partner possesses
broad business experience including, 20 years in corporate/banking, healthcare and manufacturing, 5 years executive recruiting
and 10 years of executive outplacement. He was executive search practice leader for two Minneapolis firms, Stewart, Stein
& Scott and RMS McGladrey. Earlier Robert led numerous executives through company sponsored outplacement and
career transition programs as Senior Consultant and VP with Drake Beam Morin. He has developed over 2000 relationships with
executive clients and institutions through his Minneapolis consulting work. His industry experience includes human resources
leadership positions with Citicorp, F.D.I.C., Methodist Hospital and Honeywell. Rob is the author of "Between
Opportunities - A Survival Guide for Job Seekers and Career Changers." He holds degrees from the Minnesota,
Nebraska, Capella and St. Mary's Universities. He is also a Fellow in the International Association of Career Management Professionals
and and holds a certificate in Marriage and Family.. Alicia Pickard,

years of human resource, business operations as well as hardware & software developer marketing channel experience. She
is a mentor with HR leadership experience including managing large company worker's compensation claims, employee relations,

Loeper is a recognized compensation specialist with broad design and
implementation experience. He is an outstanding leadship team coach and has installed a variety of incentive-based pay
programs and executive compensation plans. His career spans more than 29 years and includes senior management positions with
Control Data, Pillsbury, Dayton-Hudson, Fingerhut and Personnel Services Group. Chuck holds a B.S. Economics degree from Marquette

staffing. For many years Kate was CFO of Minneapolis' Brooks Brady Group. Previously, she managed library/media centers
for Minnesota State Correctional Facility and a Mankato High School district. She holds a M.S. degree in Library Media
Education from Minnesota State University-Mankato, a B.A. Education degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and has
completed MBA coursework at the University of Minnesota. Ellen Hinrichs, Coaching Partner demonstrates a passion for unleashing talent and helping individuals bring

includes coaching for Drake Beam Morin, Towers Perrin and her own business, Career Enhancement Options where she created solutions
