PinnacleES provides employee learning solutions through half day,  full day workshops. Our PEP, employee performance enhancement process is custom-tailored and can be 3-6 months in duration. Daily sessions have optional one-on-one follow-up coaching available to ensure that participants are fully able to implement each session's learning points.*

Making Mergers Work Out - A one day leadership team workshop that looks at the cost of the human resources side of a mismanaged merger. Learn: to recognize problems and leadership mistakes; how to manage employees through the three merger phases; how to build teams; how to manage corporate culture differences. Be provided guidelines for making your merger workout. Follow up coaching recommended.
 
Navigating the World of Change - A highly interactive change management half day workshop delivered to three different audiences; executive teams, managers and a general workforce. The education provides participants with the tools to understand, personally cope with, and eventually lead through organizational change events.  The session fosters effectiveness and a change-hardy workforce.
 
Effective Termination & Downsizing - A half day management workshop  frequently delivered to a company with whom we are coaching through the planning and implemention phases of a reduction-in-force, downsizing or difficult individual termination.  Because of the potential disruption of a poorly handled termination or downsizing, this workshop educates your manager(s) about the "should and should not" of the termination meeting. Managers learn to prepare and deliver the message without creating an impact on morale or legal exposure for the company.
 
Interviewing: Selecting Today for Tomorrow - A one day workshop which educates participants in interview effectiveness and professionalism; identifying tangible, intangible and cultural selection criteria and how to make good hiring decisions based on the "right fit."  The session is highly interactive, uses case studies and teaches behavioral-based interview questions and legal considerations in the hiring process.
 
Strategic Evolution & Planning - A series of four half day management workshops, each building on the prior. This is a customized learning process to guide your team in the creation of solutions to issues/problems of strategic intent, vision, planning, operations and relationships that may be limiting your organization's success. PEPTM (Performance Enhancement Process) Coaching - An individualized one-on-one job coaching solution providing employee management/leadership skill development or performance enhancement if a problem exists. Personal coaching provided by Pinnacle may last up to 12 months but is usually concluded within 3-4 months and involves numerous confidential interactions with the participant. We meet with management to understand the situation and objective. We then meet the individual to establish rapport and complete a full career assessment and communication/workstyle self-assessment. If appropriate to the objectives of the engagement and with the approval of all stakeholders, we implement a confidential 360 degree survey of selected company contacts. This survey plus the participant assessments serve as the foundation for their enhancement plan.  PinnacleES' coach then works with the participant through their enhancement plan while providing progress feedback to the sponsor and a final report at the engagement's conclusion. In the case of an employee problem, we find 78% of the time the PEP program results in a happier and again productive team member. However, 22% of the time the person realizes the "fit" is poor and leaves the company through an outplacement package or looks for a job (inside or outside) with the knowledge and support of management. In the latter  case, results may include increased department morale and eventually a better job fit for the person transitioning.
