And, unlike other firms, we invoice for our services on a flat fee basis making it easier for our client companies to manage engagement budgets and ensure objectivity during engagements.

Pinnacle Executive Solutions, LLC (PinnacleES) provides each of the services highlighted above. Another business unit, Pinnacle Bank Search, LLC (PinnacleBS) conducts financial services industry Succession and Recruiting engagements while manufacturing industry search engagements are completed by PinnacleES.

We Are Unique for Several Reasons:

1st, our fees are capped and unlike our competitors we don't charge on a percentage of total compensation. The value of flat fee pricing is no surprises making managing an engagement budget easier.
2nd, we will deliver our services at a site of your choosing and we frequently travel to delivery sites. Often we partner with Minneapolis' Oak Ridge Conference Center for delivery of some two and three day projects like employee performance enhancement (PEPTM) coaching or company sponsored outplacement programs. The Conference Hotel has 147 rooms, full dining and overlook. Lake McKnight. It is minutes from the Mall of America and spouses/partners will sometimes travel here and join participates during their career development or outplacement programs.
3rd, our employee career development and corporate outplacement programs are always customized to meet your needs.
4th we understand the Midwest. Many of our client companies are located in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin communities.
5th our Coaching Partners are all seasoned business professionals with national coaching experience. They are highly trained and all experts.
